The underbelly of Gathehover was home to scoundrels, pirates, and thieves for as long as its founding, but lately its uses have been more just in its alignment. In the vast array of tunnels and hidden buildings underneath the city and its docks, rebels opposed to the Imperial occupation make their plans. Among them is Ernesto Faltori, a Dionese refugee and, before his heroic sacrifice, first mate to Archon Chiro. While his loyalty remains to Dion, he knows that his homeland will never be free without the help of the Alliance. He offers his aide and leadership whenever and wherever he can.
