Cy (full name Halcyon) is an athlete from Aresia who is competing in the 500DA Great Games with the Aresian Team.
He is incredibly swift and was close to winning the race to the top of Mount Volkan during the Capriolé Opening Ceremony; but he was beaten by Xanthia Ornis (Arkelander).
