Kobold scholar & shaman found in a hidden library near the Truthwatcher Dome with his friend Mee'apo behind an electric barrier. Picking up a stone book on statues nearby allowed safe passage into the library.
Cast a spell on himself (Tongues) to allow himself to speak to the PCs. Heleste said that his brother Guthber led their tribe, the Vise'ad, here following dreams of wealth and power and visions of this place. Guthber began calling the voice in his dreams 'Master' and promising to free him. Mee'apo's daughter Buttwaz and about half the tribe (50) ran right into the rifts below 2 weeks ago and haven't been seen since, Guthber & the others stayed outside, attempting to stabilize the hole they made in the Truthwatcher Dome to allow 'Master' (Likely the Voidherald but unconfirmed) passage to the outside world.
Said a few days ago he had a big argument with Guthber trying to convince him to stop with the rift, save the tribe they had left, but his brother and the others laughed & threw him into an underground river. He hasn't seen his brother or any others save Mee'apo since, instead sealing himself in the library and seeking to find a way to cure or at least help with the mutations.
Has something for the party that he just forgot to give you. Ask for 'help with your quest' he's forgetful at times.
