Small oasis, little more than a pond in the desert, surrounded by Date trees planted in long narrow rows. To the northern end sits a small (barely 4 ft. tall) mud shack and a small fenced-in garden. In the garden a few vegetables were planted but seemed to be failing, but the rest was a line of thin green herbs with lacy white flowers. Jarvis decided to eat one before Waxillium identified the flowers as extremely deadly hemlock and collected most of them. Jarvis did live, though it was dicey for a day or two.
Mee'apo said this was the personal abode of the Kobold Assasin Sanzuun (now deceased), who allowed the other tribes access to the oasis when travelling, but most stayed away, avoiding the mercurial mercenary sniper and his poisons.
A vial of concentrated hemlock and some gold were found in a pouch under the simple stone cot in the shack.
