Yue is an even-mannered woman. She has more will than her soft demeanor would imply, though she favors a delicate approach to most things. She is fond of the rabbits despite her occasional concerns, often sharing meals with them and sometimes accepting offers for them to watch her kids.
She was initially wary of Foes' mentorship of her eldest son, Enlai, explaining to him that she had seen more than one friend get into trouble after accepting the promises of wealthier people. She nervously suggested he draw up a legal contract, and was surprised but relieved when he agreed. This seems to have only deepened her trust in Foes and the rest of Liutubang. She now trusts two of her children in Liutubang's care.
