Owned by the Gemhart company. The Crystal Star is a hotel and casino located within topside Límíng City. It offers a more accessible patronage than Damsel and Queen's, encouraging fine but not rich clothing.

It has connections to the crime syndicate Unknown.

Within the Campaign

The Crystal Star was a base of operations for Okita Takao. The vulnerable people from the Drains were relocated here, fed the lie of being part of a focus group. They were given clothing, rooms, and money to gamble, and the participants chose to stay for the accommodations despite the unusual situation. Liutubang found out, and tracked the relocated people into an Unknown.

Notably, the company Gemhart which owns the casino was also the label found on the wine bottles that had been filled with blood.
