Itami Fusekane was first seen in the Crystal Star Hotel and Casino. There, he participated at the high-rollers table in the VIP lounge, accompanied by a moon elf woman. He appeared easy to sway with compliments and fawning.

He would later be present for Unknown. Fusekane expressed non reciprocated interest in Foes Quillspring. He also bid on and won a large amount of lycan blood. He appears to have escaped the auction alive.
