A powerful figure within the Iron Mob. Brass Hand once targeted Loveless with intention to traffic her as a black market arcanist. In a face-off with Liutubang, he was able to escape alive. 

"Brass Hand" is a moniker given to them by their flashy prosthetic which replaces their arm below the elbow. Their real name is unknown.
