Xias'ti the Tapestry

A demon of Manipulation first encountered by Liutubang during the invasion of Serpent Gardens. Xias'ti is a powerful demon, high enough in rank to work off of Marionesse's direct command. 

Xias'ti is a demon of indeterminate form. It appears clad in a wide-brimmed hat, circular glasses, and a multi-patterned cloak, and looms at approximately 7 ft. tall. Numerous spindly hands can emerge from within the cloak.

Abilities

Being of Manipulation. In accordance with its domain, Xias'ti excels in deception and resists attempts to discern its true intent.

Mental Sense. Xias'ti is aware of living minds in its proximity, and can communicate telepathically. It has the ability to discern telepathic communication in its proximity, regardless if it is an intended target. 

Weaver. Xias'ti has indicated it has some influence over the Weave, and potentially more, stating that it can borrow from the future to allow an accelerated recovery of power. This is an action that takes preparation.
