Hirlock the Bold began his career as a soldier in the dark days following The Fall. Yet, it is at the Battle of the Silvery Gates that his legend began. Then just a Captain he led his men in a crucial, valiant defence of a key section of the wall. Once the battle was one he did not rest, but took part in many expeditions in the following year meant to eliminate the scattered remnants of the Ynfernael invaders. It is then that he gained his moniker "The Bold".
Eventually he settled down in Eastmarch where he would live out his days before a natural death in 87 After Fall.
