Know those present and future that I, Hortensia Vergi of Vallaki,
have sold, enfeoffed, and by this, our present charter, confirmed to Lucien Durst of Barovia
the grain mill -lot 46- located Southeast of the town of Vallaki and such land surrounding that is not held in common.
To have and to hold the aforesaid property and all its appurtenances to the aforesaid Lucien Durst, his heird and assigns.
In testimony of which matter, to this our present character, we have affixed our marks.
