Seemingly odd and impractical, firedust muskets are nigh impossible to fire by the common man. They, however, have only minor issues like sore muscles doing it. While firing black powder and lead balls is possible, these muskets are designed to fire using firedust charges and uranium ball. The barrel and breech are constructed of bluemetal, while the embraces and aesthetic parts are usually copper or bronze. The stock is commonly made of local woods that can resist the recoil, padded with leather.

Firedust muskets specifically refer to smoothbores, which can still pack a mean punch. Their origin is in the Oozutu handcannon, a variety of the Japanese Tanegashima (or matchlock musket), which the Ferozen copied and improved by using local materials.
