Kipishter carbines are cheap, low-quality reproductions of the Colt Armalite AR-15 with questionable design choices. One advantage is that they tend to be shorter and nimbler than a full-sized Armalite. The word "kipishter" derives from a type of short spear used by the ancient Zermans. It is within their underground factories where most of these weapons are manufactured. They feed from 20-round magazines of .223 Remington.
