party entered the underground area beneath the old chapel in the evening on the 3rd of Suntide's Rise, 99 PRH. They discover an old religious following worshipping rats, that was long gone. They fought an ooze that almost killed Arkorow, and found only a few valuables. In a back room, they found a scary mirror that seems to show dead people. Touching it, Arkorow and Zephyr were dragged into a mirror dimension of fog and rats, until Mordus decides to shatter the mirror with the Falchion. The mirror was destroyed, which empowered the Falchion, and Arkorow and Zephyr are back in the real world. They also take a piece of the mirror's frame for later study.
Moving on with the caravan the next day, they arrived in Pebble. Here they met Vernard van Cumber, formally, in Newbark Inn and accepted a job to go to Thyr Morgan to find any proof that his family had lived there in ancient times.
