She came to power about a decade ago, and her rule has generally been marked by prosperity and peace in Koumazot, with trade increasing steadily with nearby nations and many great works being completed in the capital and across the massive Saatalen Meixhu jungle. In recent months, her policies have shifted substantially, to the surprise and quiet displeasure of many living in the area. A middle-aged lizardfolk woman, Saba Coll is bright blue with shining yellow eyes and colorful bracers upon her arms. Somewhat short and stout, she has an unexpectedly imposing aura in person. Saba Coll speaks with an intense, commanding tone that is filled with confidence and leaves little room for argument. She has generally been open to counsel before her mind is set, but once she is fixed upon a goal, she will pursue it relentlessly. She has grown to trust her advisor, Chaliya, utterly.
