Englehart Residence

Baltasar Englehart is the sole resident of this charming two-story abode, though he rarely bothers to ascend beyond ground level at this stage in his life.

An extremely elderly man, Baltasar walks with an oaken staff. His thick eyeglasses lend him an owlish appearance, and his slightly quavery voice does not help the comparison. Despite his age, his mind is quick and bespectacled eyes miss very little—much to the dismay of many a student at Murkledorn Academy, where he teaches.

In his youth, Baltasar was an adventurer. He keeps an eclectic collection of trophies from his adventuring days and knows how to tell a good story. He is a good friend and frequent customer of Rishaal the Page-Turner, proprietor of the neighbouring Book Wyrm's Treasure. On fair evenings, the two can often be seen sitting together in their shared garden reading books and broadsheets or playing strategy games.
