Divine Beasts - Charm Rat
Vincent can control rats to an extent, not being able to give instructions more than one sentence. Roll this still versus the rat's Resist Influence skill (typically 8). If he has multiple rats around him, roll for each group of 10. Vincent takes +2 on this roll for rats he summoned.
Divine Beasts - Summon Rat Swarm
Vincent can call all rats in a certain area to his location, the amount depends on where he is. In an urban/suburban/forest environment, he gets 10 rats per margin of success (treat 0 as 1). This may be adjusted for areas that are less likely to have rats.
Divine Fire - Turn Into Smoke
After concentrating for five seconds, Vincent's body turns into a cloud of cigarette smoke. If he succeeds by 4 or more, then his clothes and possessions (up to a backpack amount) can be transformed with him.
Divine Fire - Burning Palm
Vincent can conjure insane amounts of heat into his palm, enough to melt metal, given time.
To destroy an area the size of your palm, it takes this much Heat per inch of thickness:
- Stone is hardly affected. 20 Heat.
- Wood burns. 6-8 Heat.
- Plastic melts/deforms. 2-5 Heat.
- Metal softens or melts. 9-15 Heat.
To see how much heat you can produce, roll with your magic skill until you either give up or get a success:
- Critical fail: real real bad, determine situationally
- Fail by 5 or more: bad, something is destroyed or someone is hurt or something catches fire, determined situationally.
- Fail by 4 or less: 5 seconds go by and there are visible effects of the heat
- Succeed: you can eventually destroy it. You generate an amount of heat per ten seconds equal to your margin of success. If the exact timing doesn't matter, you don't need to calculate it.
Alternatively, if you are trying to see if you can use this ability to accomplish a goal before someone can intervene, make it an opposed roll using your magic skill against one of their skills (running, sprinting, acting quickly, or whatever makes sense).
Divine Conjuration - Unburn
Vincent can recreate anything he has previously melted in pristine condition back into his palm, though it may smell like soot. On a failure the object is gone forever and can't be brought back with this spell, and on a critical success he duplicates it.
Divine Fire - Flashbang
Vincent creates a ball of flame in his hand and tosses it, exploding upon hitting something and blinding anyone nearby. This is opposed by a pain tolerance roll, if I succeed they are blind and deaf for a duration in seconds equal to the margin of success, and if I win the opposed roll they are also clumsy and disoriented for margin of success seconds, minimum 1.
