Dr. Bushnikov

Dr. Bushnikov is the doctor to go to when either your biology isn't of the human condition or if hospitals wouldn't know how to treat magic inflicted injuries. They're a black market doctor, working with illegal materials and the underbelly of the city. Few humans see them in person, either through proxy of their nurses or their Seeming. They're a callous individual, at least on the surface, but sincerely is a charitable sort willing to help a lost soul in need. It's only breaking past the Doctor's facade, the Baba Yaga or the Boogey Man that's needed to see the real cat. Bushnikov has a very heavily accented Russian accent, though no one knows where they came from really or why they're here.
