Thaddeus Webster is an aged wizard who helped to arrange transport for the arcane refugees from Seaburgh to the Mysterious Island.
In his younger years, he was an instructor of abjuration magic at the Wizard's College in Selu Va'Taar, where he specialized in theoretical understanding of the Weave. Upon retiring, he returned to his wife's hometown just outside of Arandale.
