Sangzor was a monstrous goat from Barovia that Dragomir turned into his vampire spawn. Later, when Sergei was in control of Dragomir's body, he found Sangzor in the stables of Castle Ravenloft and attempted to turn Sangzor into a full vampire. Instead, Somnara's essence left Dragomir's body and entered Sangzor, bringing Sergei's soul with, and giving Somnara a new body.
