Tonga Runetotem is a tauren druid of the Runetotem tribe, sent out by the arch druid Hamuul Runetotem to investigate the strange powers found emanating from somewhere deep within the Barrens.
Unable to take on this task entirely on his own, however, he opted to enlist the aid of adventurers to see it through.
