Found in a buried Elemental Temple, in the midst of brambles and thorns that were animated into a shambling mound. A pair of identical wooden torcs radiating a magical aura.
When the correct command word is spoken a portal opens linking the two torcs and allowing small inanimate objects to be passed through them up to a range of about 500 meters.
While used in the defence of Kalsguard one of the torcs was lost and presumably destroyed, the surviving torc now appears to be completely mundane.
