The Yellow Tower houses Skull River Bay’s only wizard in residence. This elven wizard is a mysterious and enigmatic figure, only known by the name The Wizard of the Yellow Tower. His services can be rented to anyone who can pay his hefty fee, but other than that he holds himself aloof from most of the affairs of the town.

He does have a standing relationship with Lum , in support of The Pirate Market. The Wizard certifies the authenticity of any magical item offered for auction, and for a small fee is available for consultation around the specifics of such items.
