This set of sprawling brick and stone buildings interposed with groves of trees covers a hundred acres of the west side of University Avenue in Haven Towne. Two immense towers, the Tower of the Art and the Tower of Music crown two low hills that mark the northern and southern boundaries of the University while the lower lying but massive Library anchors the center. The tallest buildings in Haven, the two towers dominate the skyline.
The Tower of Art houses one of the premier magical universities in the The Thousand Isles. Supported by the massive library, the University specializes in written, codified magical theory and spells, and thus predominantly trains Wizards. The school has a reputation for being extremely intellectually demanding, with a high fail rate. In addition, to achieve the full Doctorate of Magic can take decades, many students despair of the long timeframe and leave under their own volition.
The Tower of Music is the most respected bard college in the Isles. Bards that graduate from Haven University are known for their erudite manners, mastery of multiple instruments and tongues and skill in courtly intrigue.
Governors Way bounds the district to the west, the Grand Canal to the north and Market Street to the south
