Bishop Angelo Vetrini was the ranking clergyman of the Orthodox Church of Mithras at Cerro Rico. His sole purpose was to use the Mithran faith as a lever to keep the miners in line. When the Disaster happened he transformed into an instrument of darkness and evil.
