The Mercatillium is a six story, five acre warren of desnly packed small shops, narrow stairs and corridors that lies in Merchants Town in Haven Towne. The warren is located off Merchant street to the west of Market Square. Merchants that have shops in the Mercatillium generally live there as well, and over the years it has become a world in and of itself as whole generations are born and die inside its walls. A world with a somewhat seedy reputation, as most of Haven's contraband goods and services flow through here.
