The Flightwatch Tower is full of airport staff who watch the Charn coming in and out of Elliot Airport. There is also a floor for the general public where those obsessed with the Sirin as well as curious tourists can pay for some binoculars and a good view of the action. During races the tower becomes a prized location from which to watch the Sirin and their aristo riders try and outmatch each other.
