Regarding: Operation Eagle's Nest
Well butter my butt and call me a sandwich, they actually pulled it off. I sent out Argus and Thaneus on a recon mission into the Principe Peaks as previously discussed, and not only did they survive, oh no, they brought back the goods.
Leading a group of troops into the mountains, they cleared a path towards a hidden cave where Virano Arialdo had set up shop, with a captive Gnome mechanic by the name of Felina "Fidget" Armeggiare responsible for setting up siege equipment.
They wrecked the whole place, slew Arialdo, and even got Armeggiare to join us!
Argus and Thaneus later met with Kooranak, the Cloudhorn tribe elder, and convinced him to join our efforts.
Those glorious bipedal wrecking balls joined the fight at just the right moment, wiping out an Aregis Alliance force sent to lay siege to the Castillo.
So yeah, all's good here. Awaiting further orders.
