Unit_13 is a Rotbot related to rexmaxx, and was activated much later after any other RotBots. This particular RotBot is rumored to be related to a previously known rot creature, who was seen in the sewers underneath the city. Mysteriously, this RotBot can be found wandering in the sewers, and has a much more human voice compared to other rotbots.
