Dragonborn

DragonBorn view achievements as the only things worth celebrating. Outsiders have documented their views of this mindset as a crushing pressure to succeed, only to be genuinely surprised as to what the Dragonborn consider achievements.

For such normal things as hunting, a grand reception could be thrown just for delivering a beast your size or bigger. An artistic dragonborn could have a celebration thrown for them for completing a line of pottery or deciding on their artist moniker. Cultural reporters state that within the dragonborn clans, it is not always within the competition, nor the need to be above and beyond that is rewarded in celebration it is always establishing oneself. 

While they share the same harvest festivals as other cultures, one distinction of culture is the lack of a birthday ritual. over the course of a dragonborn's life there are only _ celebrations to mark their passing age: 

the birthing ceremony

the independence ceremony

the mating ritual

having lived long enough to be officially made an adult

the elder ritual

and the burial ritual

Males normally have knots to their cock. This can create an extra bulge, as though there was a 3rd ball above the other 2 in their pants -- being effectively as large as the latter 2 combined. In Shifter society, this is a norm -- but in Dragonborn society there is an unfortunate regal/business limitation as this is inappropriate there. At home/leisure, it is to be ignored/expected. Dragonborn are expected to control themselves through mind over matter, or excuse themselves to use their pocket pussies - leading Dragonborn to have a more disciplined culture. 

Shifter society would resemble more of when the Lizardfolk were plowing Miren at the Crown Games, but with less flexing and making it obvious.
