Empire of Tresk

Most ethnic Treskans are Aenetrism but a small minority (which exists mostly in Ivora, the Capitol of Tresk) also follow the Path of Seno.

The empire is an imperial monarchy. The ruling emperor is elected for life from among the various elector counts and other nobles of the empire. He rules from imperial palace in the capital city and has direct control over the imperial fiefdom. The rest of the empire’s land is divided between nobles who rule their fiefs with the help of elected councils. Their main responsibilities are to pay tribute to the imperial treasury through means of taxes, or resources. And to provide soldiers in times of war, they must pay to field and maintain their own local forces for maintaining law and order and for dealing with any threats to their lands. The titles of nobility are inherited for the most part but the emperor can take and bestow them in special cases. Replacing lords who have committed crimes or when the populous they rule over go to the imperial court for recourse. The elector counts can also vote to depose an emperor if a great majority feel it is right.

Magic here is nearly as common as in Hybornia but it's highly regulated.  All crystals attuned on Treskan soil are considered property of Arcane University at Ivora, and mages must study there or face death.
