Roughly 750,000 Humans, small minorities otherwise.  They speak Lombarse here. 

The official religion is Lysonism. 

Monarchy

Oralia was the breadbasket of the realm before the Lombardic civil war. Now its surplus foods are traded across the continent which has allowed it to field well large and well equipped armies. Has larger armies then the other two Lombardic nations. 

Oralia is more aggressive toward Verontoir than Avalan because there is no natural barrier between them, whereas Avalan uses the river to its advantage. 

Crystal attunement is outlawed here. Crystals are not to be touched as that is heresy.  The common person can't get anywhere near a stone.  Divine Magic is perfectly acceptable.
