This organization was historically based out of Opal, like the Society of Many Journeys. After the wave, however, its declined significantly, until it mostly became an archive and a fleet of centuries-old ships an Opalite family maintained due to personal interest.

The Sunbird Ranis Rin eventually bought the fleet and moved League headquarters to the Teraat Companion Orbital. She is working on building new ships for the fleet.
