He is an older man who wears his age openly on his face, far from the source of Voan anagathics so popular on Teraat despite their illegality. He wears his beard long in the peculiar, manicured style of an obscure Belhedan minority, and introduces himself as Odul Zibec Beg, Minister of Offworld Affairs, Public Relations...and Fisheries. There is a tired look to his eyes, but his voice and manner remains kind as he apologizes for the wait.
