Gulmiin began working at the Phodan starport after the luddite takeover. Nihn heard she was sympathetic to Eychep and went to ask her if she would deliver a message to her. This did not work out well as Gulmiin realized who Nihn was and attacked her. Nihn won the fight and locked her in the fuel tank they were cleaning out. She is apparently from Abarra from before it was liberated from ReCo.
