The Wardant Motivai are a mysterious organization of strange, giant humanoids that can be found scattered around the far corners of Maradul. While variable in height and appearance, most are bipedal and human-like, yet stand on average from 10 to 15 feet tall. They are identifiable by the massive rings of blood that seemingly grow out of holes on their wrists above their heads, which the Motivai appear to suspend themselves as they survey the earth below them. The Motivai are highly territorial and will emit a piercing screech when organism come near, resorting to strange, twisted magic to repel creatures that do not heed their warnings.
The territory of a Motivai can be discerned by the complete lack of any life in a radius around it.
Some believe that the Wardant Motivai are protectors motivated by the slumbering will of Sevantus in order to keep creatures from crossing out into the Great Mist, or conversely, to keep anything from the Mist from seeping into Maradul.
