Progressive Milestones
Progressive milestones are different from normal milestones in that they start off low powered but in the long run are very powerful. In order to unlock the different tiers of this milestone you have to either use your Downtime to research it or find someone who can teach you its power. During the game you make also earn progress unlocking your progressive milestone as well
