There are 3 methods of natural healing available to you:

Recovery - Spend your action patching wounds
               ➔ Action​: d20 + CON against Room Target, Recover (1 + CON) HP
               ➔ Hours​: recover 1 heart
               ➔ Days​: recover all hearts

Healing Spells - These spells allow you to recover Health through magical means.

Healing formulas - The are methods to reconstruct the flesh using synthetic healing

Healing Items- In containers that when used, give you health back

* Healing Potion - magical healing

* Heath Stims - non-magical healing


Status Effects

You can place a status effect on a target by either inflicting a BANE or invoking a BOON.  The duration of theses status effects unless otherwise noted, lasts until the start of your next turn.  Unless stated otherwise, placing these Status Effects are a HARD Check.

Restrained - Target cannot MOVE, ACTIONS that involve attacking with a weapon are HARD

Paralysis - Target loses all their ACTIONS and MOVES

Brittle - The next person to successfully hit the target adds ULTIMATE to their damage

Knockdown - Target is knocked to the ground, all attacks that have CLOSE range are easy against it.  Takes an ACTION to stand

Disarm - Target can only deal BASIC EFFORT until they take an ACTION to recover their weapon

Forced Move - Target is moved to another Zone. 

Blinded - Target cannot see

Cursed  -  Curse of the Old One

Necro Addiction - Unknown

Drained - All checks have a penalty equal to the stage of the Drained condition

Concussion - Target has a 50% chance to not do anything

Spell Suppression - Target cannot use powers or cast spells

Deafened - Target cannot hear or benefit from effects that require hearing

Irradiated - You are effected by Radiation sickness

Spellburn x - A spell or ability that doesn't require a roll to cast, but after x times of using it, roll against the Room Target, if you pass the roll you can cast it again, otherwise you can't for the rest of the day

Confused - Roll 1d6 (1-2 Do nothing, 3-4 act normal, 5-6 attack a random target in range)

Stunned - You can't take any actions
