Native to the hub, Radka and her younger sister Ania's parents moved here to chase a dream of success and excess shortly before the Lord and Lady Disappeared. The formative years of Radka's life were spent as the financial and mental stability of their parents declined rapidly following the disappearance of the Lord and Lady of the hub. Years after the Birth of Ania, their parents disappeared entirely, leaving Radka to take care of her younger sister alone. Things were never easy from there on out, but especially so in the first few years of it. Radka would often resort to petty thievery and alleyway bargains to get enough food for them to survive, but she never showed a sad face to her sister.
With time and age, Radka would come to lead a small band of abandoned female children called the Lost Maidens. The group would settle far from the center of the hub and establish close ties with the underground. Any abandoned girls found were immediately adopted, and anyone who would threaten our carry-out violence was quickly dealt with. It was in recent times that Radka's sister Ania came down with a rather vicious fever, one in which they could not afford the necessary healing to treat. It was then that Radka and Miwa first met, as Radka was breaking into their newly set up clinic. After a bit of a tussle, Radka was subdued and questioned by Miwa, and after a time she relented.
