Founder of The Night Market or Cyprus, Winter is a Fey who came to Terra under unknown circumstances that those few who know of them believe to perhaps be some form of exile. They are a mysterious figure whom few know the existence of and even fewer still know of their connection with the Market. They seem to prefer to act as a silent watcher, observing the comings and goings of the people of Cyprus.
Along with this, they hold some connection with Commander Cecil Forrester, though the exact nature of this bond is a secret known to few.
