The Cult of the Dragons is composed of followers who believe that dragons are the epitome of power and divinity. The Cult acts as an information network for its draconian "masters", bringing gems and riches as offerings, and encouraging mainly neutral and evil dragons to become rulers and dictators. Their belief is that dragons are destined to one day rule the world and beyond.
The dragons listed below may or may not be of godly status, but they still promote philosophies that members of the Cult find essential to their goals. Most Cult members align themselves with one or two of these factions. Some Cult members could be considered neutral at best, while the majority go from borderline selfishness and lust for power to complete evil outlooks. Very few members of the Cult can be considered good, and those that are usually end up leaving the Cult, one way or another.

• Draconic Dogma While many Cult members venerate Tiamat as the Mother of all Dragons, they differ in that Cult members are less a philosophy of balance and protecting the world, like the Dogma, and more interested in owning and ruling the world.
