A silver and gold fine chain weaved pouch holds eight rings, each shaped like golden pyramid with a centered eye. Once a day a person attuned to one of the rings may activate an effect similar to Telepathic Bond. This activates the entire set and counts as the use for the day.
Once activated, anyone attuned to and wearing one of the rings can communicate similarly to the spell. This is open communication amongst all attuned wearers of this set of rings, unless a bonus action is used to focus and send a private communication to a specific individual in the group the wearer is familiar with.
