The Free Cities League is a wild west area located between the the Emirate of Sindh and the Kaminion of Aratur that is dotted with independent cities and towns. There is very little law or government in the area, but there are a few treaties maintained in the interest of common self-defense. One major such treaty states that the city-states will come together via trade or military action to keep Aratur from absorbing them into its empire.

- Myoshima city populated Rakasta, Tabaxit, Leonin, etc. Descended from the lost kingdom of Shothar.
- Oniture city populated by Humans, ruled by humans and oni.
- Abbashan city populated by steppe and desert folk tired of the harsh life.
- Drakkhar city ruled by elder dragon, populated by humans, nezumi, and lacerta.
- Hi Ichi, mountain city populated by vanara and spirit folk.
- Shirudo trade city located on border with Aratur.
