Little is known about the Crystal Obelisk of Zendikar. Even its name is shrouded in mystery as it spontaneously instills itself into the mind of someone attuned to it, and similarly its powers seem to vary based on the wielder.
When attuned, the wielder may spend a bonus action to manifest the full sized obelisk at a point within 30 feet. Range of abilities is based on the location of the obelisk, not the wielder. Additionally as a bonus action on your turn, you can move the obelisk up to 20 feet.
Probability Bend
1st-level Quantumology Magic: You can alter probability within the area of the obelisk. As an action you can cast either the Bless or Bane spell with the effect centered on the obelisk. You can use this ability once, and regain the ability when you finish a long rest.
Chronal Shift
2nd-level Chronurgy Magic: You can magically exert limited control over the flow of time around a creature. As a reaction, after you or a creature you can see within 30 feet of you makes an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw, you can force the creature to reroll. You make this decision after you see whether the roll succeeds or fails. The target must use the result of the second roll. You can use this ability twice, and you regain any expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Temporal Awareness
2nd-level Chronurgy Magic: You can add your Intelligence modifier to your initiative rolls. (while attuned)
