Weal enmeshed with woe; the very nature of avarice. Be it for the benefit of others or to their detriment, greed is a driving force that may compel all creatures great and small. Deities are no exception to this with the likes of Commerce gracing many of their hallowed pantheons. The patrons of merchants and trade, these gods are no strangers to the careful balance that must be maintained for their worship to thrive. Clerics of such gods share a more professional relationship with their chosen deity than that of their brethren, able to exchange goods for services; be it simple coin or a more vital currency.

1st-level Greed Domain feature
When you choose this domain at 1st levelCharisma becomes your spellcasting ability for your cleric spells. You use your Charisma whenever a cleric spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your Charisma modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a cleric spell you cast and when making a spell attack roll with one.

You also gain proficiency in one of the following skills of your choice: Deception, Intimidation, or Persuasion.

Pyrrhic Healing

1st-level Greed Domain feature

Starting at 1st level, your healing spells can consume a sliver of life to better restore health. Whenever you Cast A Spell of 1st level or higher to restore hit points to a creature (which can be yourself), the creature can choose to expend one of its hit dice to regain additional hit points equal to the roll.

Channel Divinity: Cost of Living

2nd-level Greed Domain feature

Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to sacrifice a bounty of wealth to your deity in exchange for a service.  Once per turn when you Cast A Spell
of 1st level or higher, you can substitute an amount of gold equal to your class level times the level of the spell plus your proficiency bonus to cast it without expending a spellslot and without requiring material components. The spell must be of a level that you can cast and if the spell has a material component with a GP requirement,
half the gp cost of the component (rounded up) is added to the Gold Cost for this feature. Gold used for this feature ceases to exist , having been sacrificed to the cleric’s deity.

Burning The Candle At Both Ends

6th-level Greed Domain feature

You have become remarkably adept at spending the currency of life.  When using your Pyrrhic Healing feature, the targeted creature can now choose to spend a number of
their hit dice up to their proficiency bonus and add the total of the rolls to the amount healed.

Hippocratic Hypocrisy

8th-level Greed Domain feature

Once on each of your turns when you Cast A Spell and successfully damage a creature, you can expend one of your hit dice and add the number rolled as additional
radiant or necrotic damage (your choice). When you reach 14th-level, you can expend up to two of your hit dice per use of this feature.

Health Insurance

17th-level Greed Domain feature

The benefits of your Channel Divinity: Cost of Living have been supplemented by a bargain struck with your deity. The total Gold Cost for any spell cast with your Channel Divinity is reduced by half.
