Handean Monasteries are semi-aesthetic centers of study and reflection associated with the Tuathan Church.
The majority of the monks are adherents of the Way of the Open Hand, while a few others follow the Way of Mercy.
Most of the monasteries are built in rural or out of the way places, and are structured with an assemblage of stone buildings forming a wall around a central courtyard.
