Chilling Spell
Cost: 1+ Sorcery Points
When you cast a spell that deals cold damage, you can spend 1 sorcery point for each target it affects and cause it to gain the Chilled condition until the start of your next turn. While Chilled, a creature’s speed is halved, In addition, it has disadvantage on Dexterity checks and saving throws. You can use Chilling Spell even if you have already used a different Metamagic option during the casting of the spell.
