Backstory
Back during the days of the Galactic Civil War, Jeff'ri was an immensely popular figure on his homeworld of Mirial. There, he was known at first as an actor, then as a man who led several protests and demonstrations against the Empire and the oppression it visited upon so many people. For this, he was arrested by the ISB, and held for much of the war. Jeff'ri's popularity only grew in captivity, and once he was released, he quickly involved himself in politics again. This time as part of a growing non-human movement, to push for their rights after all that had happened. Since his involvement with the New Republic he has proven friendly and capable, if eccentric, and to win over the Jedi, Jeff'ri has been appointed as their ambassador by the Chancellor themselves.
Personality
Jeff'ri is known for being warm, open and engaging with others. He's also known to oscillate between seriousness and humour, even within the same conversation. He's a lover of music and art and has a strong belief in political advocacy.
