Their language may be poetic and their rituals eccentric, but sometimes their predictions are uncannily accurate.
Members include astrologer-mystics, cosmic mathematicians, star-chart engravers, and observatory captains who ride spelljammer vessels shaped like telescopic beetles or spinning armillary spheres.
The Guild maintains a gleaming observatory-archive carved into a crystalline cliff on Yenai. Auroras and psionic storms refract through the translucent stonework in haunting waves of light, which they claim heighten their insight.
They offer horoscopic charts to ship captains, auguries to nobles, and cosmic forecasts to anyone with coin or curiosity. While their interpretations sometimes clash with the Veilwatch Concord’s veilwork, even gruff Deepvoid Mining Syndicate foremen are rumored to check the stars before deep drilling.
Some whisper of a hidden Star Codex: an ancient text said to predict void flares, helm disruptions, and even the Maw's shifting path.
