Loose threads: No actual cure for the diseased kobolds. However such a cure will not be found in the Screaming Cliffs.
Full report: Tinkado
Tinkado Mushameri, Carantus Damos and Linguistics get help from the mysterious Cass, go back the Kobolds and get rid of the hellish noise that plagued the diseased Kobolds and prevented them from growing a healing plant. Upon the trip they were attacked by a bear, which was easily thwarted, but a mysterious presence was detected nearby. Something floating. Following the lead, the group entered a abandoned Elven settlement called Gentle Respite. Upon inspecting, a basement led to a nasty Zombie hall that was easily defeated. Inside, they met a Unknown by the name of Roshath, that possesses items and drives people who use the items crazy. After failed negotiations, the group left and was warned about the fountain in town by Roshath.
The group progressed further towards the cliffs were they met a Kobold who was being assaulted by a set of stone Elementals. They were crushed into rubble, and the group made their way to the diseased Kobolds who were in fact still diseased. After looking at the problem, the group set out to destroy a hellish noise made by an awful monster deep in the caves. It had mouths and seemed to be made of a mixture of Humans. After a lengthy battle, it was dispatched as well. The group found a hidden area where they found Father Tree, an exiled Arboreal who gave some general insight about plant growth and would help the Diseased Kobolds.
With the noisy monster dead, presumably the Jengu Flower, which stops the progress of the disease on the Kobolds, could be grown. It was learned that the Jengu Flower was used on trees losing their bark many, many years ago as well, so it should be effective. An actual cure was not found for the disease, but a stop gap was and hopefully will bring silence to the Screaming Cliffs.
